I recently discovered The Green Room, a hairdressers on Gloucester Road Promenade in Bishopston, while researching organic hair dye options. I have visited twice now, first having a root colour treatment, and more recently a full colour & cut. I definitely recommend them, as not only do you get to avoid nasty products but you get the warmest welcome and a lovely, easy-going experience a million miles away from the intimidating hairdresser fashionistas I’ve come across elsewhere. Jo, the co-owner, was also very at ease talking to me about their reasons for going organic, and why it’s so important to them from a health perspective – book in to find out more!
We will shortly be offering the range of home dyes by the same company The Green Room uses, but until them, treat yourself!
