Shop repairs & new displays
Since we last posted about the shopfitting progress at Chessel Street we have stripped the wallpaper off the inner section of the shop, our landlord has had a damp proof course put in & the walls re-skimmed, and we’ve painted & painted (there were problems!). Nipper has made a beautiful cupboard under the bay window, using wood from an old cheese factory, and the solid wood display boxes ready for the woodburning stoves. Sune (of Stoves Online) arrives next week with the stoves, chimney sections, schematics of integrated systems with solar thermal panels, hot water tank & radiators, some display boards and the touch screen info point.
In preparation for the expanded product range we’ve altered our opening hours & days, to include Thursdays (late night) and longer hours until 6pm Fridays and Saturdays.
